Hypnotherapy is a powerful form of psychotherapy dating back to the days of our ancient ancestors and it has been under constant development since. It is an effective and non invasive method used to enable you to take control of the way you think and to release the mental brakes that prevents you of achieving the desired result.
The state of hypnosis is natural, normal, pleasurable and easy to achieve. It is equivalent to the state of complete relaxation when your mind becomes open and receptive to beneficial suggestions. However, you are still in control and you will accept only the suggestion you wish to accept. The therapist cannot violate your moral values and deep beliefs or facilitate change that you, yourself have not authorised or feel comfortable with.
Most of my clients that came to my office for hypnotherapy on completion of treatment reported that the positive effect of the therapy spread into different areas of their life. As a result there were noticeable increase of wellbeing, confidence, and high self-esteem, sense of purpose, self-control and self-acceptance.
